REFORMER CLASSES

There is probably no piece of Pilates equipment more famous that the Pilates Reformer and for good reason. The Reformer makes a dramatic impression on the body when you use it. The Reformer is a bed like frame with the moveable carriage where a person sits/stands/lies to do exercise, greatly reducing pressure of the joints while exercising.

For specific Reformer classes, my goal is to create a uniform and familiar structure to each session. Regardless of your fitness levels, I guarantee that you will leave the class feeling stronger, more flexible and energised. You will be sure to achieve impressive results in body shape, tone and posture.

Classes designed as one-to-one or two-to-one only (no groups).

‘ROLL & RELEASE’ ONLINE CLASS

Do you have tight muscles? Do you have time to roller properly?

Quick targeted sessions which help to release tight muscles using techniques to release the fascia (connective tissue that weave around the body connecting you from head to toe)

I use a long foam roller and a balanced body Pinky ball or a trigger point ball (links can be provided).

Zoom live or recording emailed.

GROUP MAT CLASSES

Whether you are interested in beginner or advanced Pilates, my mat classes can help you attain your ideal Pilates body. Moreover, I will ensure that you really understand the method behind the Pilates exercises so you can get the most of your Pilates class. Classes are small so that the student/teacher ratio enables faster improvement.

All classes address proper alignment, timing, technique and co-ordination incorporating small equipment and floor based exercises. You will learn simple and complex exercises that help strengthen, align and balance your body.

The classes are taught in an enthusiastic and supportive environment offering a great time with other students without competing. The exercises of Pilates are challenging for all levels of fitness and also safe for people with injuries when supervised correctly.

As part of these classes, we will occasionally integrate various small equipment including Foam roller, spikey balls etc. to add variety, help release tension and challenge the body in different ways.

Classes take place at Beaconsfield Girl Guide Hut. (see contact page for directions)

One-2-One

PERSONAL & FOCUSED
One-2-One

PRIVATE ONE – 2 – ONE CLASSES

Private sessions with me will focus on your personal fitness goals. Target specific muscle groups that you want to train, work on overall fitness, or increase flexibility. A personalised workout will help you see results and make you feel great! You receive full One – 2 – One attention to assess your needs and ensure you continued progress.

I offer tuition in the comfort of your own home using the Spine Corrector, Motr, Orbit and various small equipment.

Why not try a 2 : 1 session or with a friend or partner. With a focused and tailor-made workout you can split the cost and keep each other motivated sharing the pain, fun, and of course, all of the gain.

Specific small group options available on request including Place of work, care home visits etc. Please enquire for more information
